Pectus excavatum #43

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 42

I’ve had a look at “Pectus excavatum” (HP:0000767) in the F1000-uberpheno and vertebrate.owl-version,
since the inferences were the same. However, I was surprised that the logical definitions
look very different. We previously had a defintion that said it was something ‘concave’
inhering in the ‘Anterior chest wall’, but in vertebrate.owl it is now defined completely
different (see attached screenshot). Actually it look as if the defintion is completely
lost. When did that happen and why?

It was most likely me I can go through and check the logs, I don't recall doing this,
but it's not unlikely as the logical def is inconsistent with its graph raplacement
in hpo. entity should be sternum
