Is increased functionality synonymous with hyperactivity? #512

I would interpret "increased functionality" possibly as a greater ability to produce output (material or state) overall (via increased rate or increased duration or increased amount, etc.) whereas "hyperactivity" I would interpret to be specifically increased rate. Therefore I would expect "hyperactivity" to be a subclass of "increased functionality".
