abnormal length along axis #747

We need a consistent way to talk about length related terms. In the editors call on 6/3/21 we decided to create a pattern for abnormal length along axis.

Minutes of discussion are here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WrQanAMuccS-oaoAIb9yWQAd4Rvy3R3mU01v9wHbriM/edit?usp=sharing

Proposed pattern is:

equivalentTo: text: "length and inheres in some %s (‘follows axis' some %s) and ('has_modifier' some 'abnormal'))" length and inheres in some posterior-anterior axis and follows axis some telomere vars:

We would also want increased and decreased children.

Definition - Abnormal length of [structure] measured along the [axis]

PATO terms: length - PATO:0000122 increased length - PATO:0000573 decreased length - PATO:0000574

I think this looks like a reasonable strategy, but we might use a simpler relation:

text: "length and inheres in some (%s that 'part of' some %s) and ('has_modifier' some 'abnormal'))" vars:

If sticking to the proposed BSPO relation, the following nesting should be used:

text: "length and inheres in some (%s and ‘follows axis' some %s) and ('has_modifier' some 'abnormal'))"

@rays22 to make both patterns - we can decide which we prefer on the uPheno call.
