Add count density pattern(s) #827

We have a number of phenotypes that are mistakenly use a mass density pattern when they should use count density (requested here).

We should add a count density pattern, following the mass density pattern we already have.

examples:

capillary density (MP term) dendritic spine density synapse density Xanthaphore area density.
