1. They can be used to map free text chemical names to ChEBI IDS, but the success rate depends on the quality of the source material.
2. I can confirm that there is no quick and trivial way to map of swisslipid IDs to ChEBI IDs.
Assessed the amount of work needed to add replacement OBA trait terms for NBO phenotype branch terms.

Fixed the logical definition of OBA:VT0008211 mature B cell quantity in #240, because it was using a decreased amount quality.
