Add new abnormally dry anatomical entity pattern template for community review. If applied, this commit will fix #873.

To avoid any potential future confusion due to the very narrow meaning of PATO 'dry', this DOS-DP pattern will not be added to uPheno. This decision was made at the uPheno Ontology Working Group meeting on 2022-09-08.
