Create a basic Upheno toolkit for bioinformaticians #909

This will be mostly a wrapper around OAK and SSSOm toolkit.

The idea is to go from an input set (like a set of genes) and successively build a knowledge graph around it to link it with phenio, applying mappings, g2p links etc. Then enrichment and path analysis.
