Versionized download links #918

Hi,

I'm having trouble finding versionized download links of upheno2. Do these exist somewhere? I don't always want to download the latest version (which is currently hosted where?!?) but ideally specific versions.

Hey @Zethson - sorry, just exiting deadline mode and still a lot of emails to catch up on. What URL are you currently using? We have not done a new release in a while as we are restructuring uPheno2 now to put it on OLS (cc @udp). The releases are versioned on some GCP buckets I at LBNL, but we will try to add proper OBO style versioning by the end of the summer.
