Add anatomy pipeline to ZP #14

Analogously to XPO, we would like to have ZFA intermediate classes to make browsing the ZP hierarchy easier. (abnormal morphology, abnormal anatomy)

An initial ingest works, but updating it and making sure no duplicates occur with the ZFIN-EQ ingest pipeline is an issue.

Finally works, but boy, that was a mission.. :P
