Add abnormalBiologicalProcess back to external.txt #34

After https://github.com/obophenotype/zebrafish-phenotype-ontology/issues/32 is closed, we need to add abnormalBiologicalProcess back to external.txt. Currently, abnormalBiologicalProcess uses PATO:quality rather than PATO:process quality to capture all the abnormal biological processes in ZFIN.

I played with this but it causes too many issues - equivalent classes and the likes. Lets just fix #32 and then this will fix itself.
