We have this page for extracting modules https://github.com/oborel/obo-relations/wiki/ExtractingRelationsAsOboFormat

but

We should update the docs - but also check that module extraction works as expected for ObjectProperties. While a formal module extraction technique should still work for OP axioms just like any other axiom type, the results may not align with user expectations
