What is the "wiki" branch on RO? #483

Actually - maybe not. Looks like this was the old wiki from Google code (pre GitHub)

I think David is correct.

Furthermore we need to deprecate the existing wiki. I had intended to change the markdown on each one with a link to the new docs (not sure it can be done automatically, page names changes). We'll also want to migrate the uberon one in a similar way too.

  1. Can the wiki branch be deleted?
  2. Shouldnt we merge the concept of "documentation" and "wiki" into the new general documentation strategy?

would deleting the wiki branch affect the (deprecated but not yet retired) wiki?

I'm not sure how GitHub did before with Wiki, but now we can clone it locally, like the repository, so removing the branch is safe.
