Remove axiom `drains only 'connected anatomical structure'` #623

The SubClass Of axiom drains only 'connected anatomical structure' asserted for CARO:0000006 'material anatomical entity') in ro-edit.owl leads to some unintended inferences in downstream ontologies.

@dosumis , could you add your arguments for the justification of removing this axiom?
