Create MIT License #10

It'd be great if we can get an OSS license, so that this code can be used more broadly!

I saw that the package.json mentioned an MIT license, so I've copied in the MIT license template (referring to https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/licensing-a-repository).

Thank you for this cool project!

Added my own MIT license that links to my email address and doesn't link to someone else's github.
