Adding language option at the end of the command line #20

Hope this works, since I mostly try to document data in my spanish language

Thanks for the PR. I'd love it if you could update this to default to en when no language is specified. (Also, it's best to include the docs change in the same PR as the code change)

Was thinking on that too, like a default, but my perl skills are next to nothing! Sorry for the messy github process, hope you can apply the suggested change I do. Will try do! Cheers!
