fork/modify of https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpldapadmin/files/ should be https://github.com/leenooks/phpLDAPadmin and ideally the docker/kubernetes version in https://github.com/osixia/docker-phpLDAPadmin documented on [(http://wiki.obrienlabs.cloud/display/DEV/LDAP)]
