How to create a dump of the Gigaset elements base? #7

To my understanding it is essential to create a dump of the base station to see what is currently on there as well as having a starting point for modifications.

I opened up my base station and this seems to be the flash chip. Winbond 25Q64FVSIG It is the Winbond 25Q64FVSIG This seems to be the corresponding datasheet https://www.pjrc.com/store/w25q64fv.pdf

What flash chip is used in your base station? I'm asking since mine is different than the one on https://osmocom.org/projects/misc-dect-hacks/wiki/Gigaset_Elements_Base

How is it possible to create a dump of the contents of this chip? Like this? I would need to buy such a programmer. https://www.hardwareluxx.de/community/threads/ch341a-usb-programmer-mainboard-uefi-bios-wiederherstellen-windows.1312607/

You can use a SOIC 8 test clamp, an Arduino, and this tutorial: https://kaanlabs.com/bios-flashing-with-an-arduino-uno/ My chip was an MX25L6405D as on osmocom. The ch341a from Amazon did not work for me.
