Add obs-cli to list of projects using obs-websocket-js #218

Because of https://github.com/haganbmj/obs-websocket-js/issues/223 I tried to use obs-websocket directly, without obs-websocket-js. As it turns out, it worked and I liked the result, so the next version of obs-cli won’t use obs-websocket-js anymore and I’m closing this pull request.

In any case, it was still fun to use your project. Thanks for creating it.
