update READMEs #6

The relative links will work on the main repo page because GitHub is smart about rewriting them, but I had forgotten this README will be served by gh-pages so, yes, I’ll switch to absolute links for consistency.

I think we should try to fix the react-dataflow and react-file-attachment examples — I’ll look into that. If I can’t make it work then I’ll add a comment and remove the live link from the respective READMEs.
