Feature Request: "file attachments" from Google Docs, Github #207

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is common for data sets to appear in things like google spreadsheets, or github gists/repos. Right now it is challenging to link google spreadsheets, airtable tables, and other common data sources to an Observable Notebook. There are custom solutions yes, but it's not something that a person relatively new to Observable would understand how to do.

Describe the solution you'd like Under the Data panel - Add fields for : Google Spreadsheet URL -- it get's imported and accessible just like a File attachment. And syncs with changes. Airtable URL -- same GitHub Datasource -- a link to a github url, gist, et.

Describe alternatives you've considered You can do this via ajax requests and stuff, but it's kludgy. If you made this "native" to Observable it would be so much a quality of life improvement for everyone. Additional context Having a new section under Data that provides easy shortcuts to data sources would be a great advantage, and would make it that much more likely to get used.

We now support Cloud files (currently Google sheets and Microsoft)
