Feature request (off site) : Add Observable support for dev.to liquid tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Dev.to allows you to embed lots of different content from similar sites to Observable via "liquid tags".

The sites that are supported now include:

But. Observable is not there. Which surprised me.

This ticket is to request that Observable helps add support for embedding Observble cells into Dev.to articles.

Describe the solution you'd like Add support like {% observable @observablehq/module-require-debugger %} (site, and cell options )

Describe alternatives you've considered They do not support generic iframes.

Additional context Given that Observable could really add value to a Dev.to post - via live code, diagrams, etc. it seems a natural fit to get Observable embedding working in Dev.to.

Hi @triptych, as @mootari noticed, I sent them a PR to enable Observable embeds in their platform a while back. I think we've missed the window when they're open for community contributions for custom liquid tags.

Note that they changed their process earlier this year. Feature requests now have to be submitted to forem.dev.
