Tiny (custom) URL for embedded sharing. #419

I was sharing part of a notebook via Embed URL image

And loved clear quality of the share result and though, if it only had a tiny URL or a Custom USL it would cap off the professional look with an easy to share URL.

So, instead of this hugeness https://observablehq.com/embed/@hellonearthis/b-movies?cells=B_Movie_Poen%2Cviewof+boop
it could be something like https://observablehq.com/embed/321uxi4 or https://observablehq.com/embed/BMovie_Poems

Or even have them on a new short observable URL https://observable.click/ABC420
