Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. it would be cool to be able to collapse blocks of code within a cell

Describe the solution you'd like a small caret off to the side, perhaps keyboard shortcuts to fold/unfold

Describe alternatives you've considered using more cells, which are collapsable

These are really two different feature requests... you may want to split them up :-)
