Database files section in Database pane lists deleted files

Describe the bug The is my current attached files:

Older and unused attachments were deleted.

...and, in database pane I can see the deleted files:

To Reproduce

1. Upload a CSV or Parquet file.
2. Delete the uploaded file.
3. Check the 'database files' section in database pane.

Expected behavior 'Database files' should only list currently listed database files visible in the attachments
