Sort Arrow from input.table overlaps #249

Hi,

This is a very minor issue I just found.

When clicking on the header of Input.table() it shows the sort arrow ▾id but it's overlapping with the header text a bit. It seems to be related to the styling.

I replicated the issue with Chrome, Edge and Firefox

Hi. Just checked today to validate that the issue is still present. No complaints, just stating a fact in case someone finds it useful.
