Spacing of logo in Colab #12

Perhaps give the logo some more margin on the right so it feels a bit more balanced with the various frames that it appears in. Is it possible to match the spacing of the cell's play button and your avatar? -@dunstan

This will probably require more Colab-specific CSS so putting it off for now.
