Added: iomanager to store mapmatching results #57

I'm using live-tests here to test the iomanager in action. And it just failed, complaining about a foreign key constraint upon inserting reuslt data. The good news is that it is the SQL server complaining about data integrity. So with a bit of luck, this is just the test data being incomplete, and not a bug.

That seems to have done the trick. While my lack of checks give me no certainty here (see #53), there is a fairly high chance the pipeline is operational now. So I'm moving for a (beta) release.
