Italicizes the correct words within an MLA 8 citation.

Adds a Handlebars helper italicizeMLA8
- Wraps the provided title in an <i> tag
@plloyd11 MLA 8 citations must use a "triple stash" which will not escape HTML (as seen here and here)
Adds tests for isUrl and italicizeMLA8 helpers
Updates Jest snapshots
