Generate Jones Pupils, Diattenuation, Retardance for ELT #3

Uncoated Jones/Mueller Pupils

Thought that these were nice data to generate as a comparison for how much coating actually matters. I'll upload an ipython notebook that I used to generate these later. The data below assume bare silver:

Something interesting about this is that it looks like there is less Diattenuation/Retardance tilt. I think it's because the effective angle of incidence to turn the beam 90 deg is less! I don't know if this was purposeful, but it's very cool to see.
