The scheduler is now included in the docker-compose file. I think it should be a fairly straightforward addition, similar to the other entries. Some changes:
The user created in the observation portal is now a superuser
I removed the user: "eng:eng" line from the scheduler which fixed the permissions issues.
I'm open to suggestions for anything else I should add to the readme. Based on the detail provided for the other services, I didn't see anything major to include for the scheduler, since it pretty much just runs in the background and feeds the observation portal interface.
