Reported by Karen: It's handy to be able to zoom out past the extent of the images. An RA and Dec can be entered into the RA and Dec box above the image (if a WCS solution is in the header). Sometimes when pointing a telescope, the RA and Dec one is looking for is off the image if pointing needs tweaking. In 4.0, I am unable to zoom out past the point where the image files the panel.
