Transform the existing deployment instructions into a Workshop #31

Take this content of the demo and turn it into a workshop explaining each component, it's purpose, steps to install and configure, etc.

Once set up, this will be hosted on our website

Recommendations for the Workshop:

  1. Monitoring and Observability Overview
  2. Installation of the required tools (hands-on)
  3. Configure each of the installed tools (hands-on)
  4. Overview of the application
  5. Install the application
  6. Walk-through each of the monitoring and observability products while the application is running
  7. Introduce latency, errors, or other chaos
  8. Set up alerting
  9. Use the logs, metrics, and traces to identify RCA
  10. Wrap-up

We should also include a section where we introduce the CNCF observability tooling . And the design of observability pipeline ( otel collector and fluentbit).

I've created a Google Doc for us to collaborate on section 1, as I felt it would be fastest to get going with. Once we've made progress we can switch to a file in a repo.

You both should have edit access to the doc, let me know if that's not the case
