Hi, it seems that npm doesnt have this change https://github.com/observing/pre-commit/commit/f25888ffc67d21beaa1572b53ab6704a67266b64

You can see here the shebang changes in that commit aren't present in the files: https://unpkg.com/browse/pre-commit@1.2.2/hook and https://unpkg.com/browse/pre-commit@1.2.2/install.js
