Rename siteguide app to something simpler

Should have the meaning of "A managing app for":

• cms pages
• overall settings (title ,description... so on)
• content visibility and analytics (views, popolarity, is_featured, style/color)
• supplying settings to different apps
• connecting apps and handling their signals

Those things are closely related to the nature of a component-based application which has a UI. This app should tie together all bits into something meaningful.

When picking a name consider the templates example where the name, followed by "home" or "intro" should make sense.

• site (this might clash with django internal apps)

• integrator

• conductor
• <name of project> , a.k.a. signali
• lead

A good question the name should answer is "What I can use this app for by itself, out of the project?"

And currently the answer is: provides simple cms features (settings, page management, user-interest tracking) + linking all other apps together so they are useful as a whole

May be the app should be split into two:

1. one app named _coupling / interconnection / junction - the one that connects all apps by handling signals, implementing abstract models, suppling settings
2. one mostly abstract app named accessibility that delivers that helps to make sure the content is delivered/presented in accessible way to the user.

Settled on the following: 2 apps,one named "signali" (as the project name) and one named "accessibility" (handling UI stuff).
