Recurring events cannot be made tasks

Expected Behavior

When editing recurring event, clicking on "Task event" -> "Save event" would make this event a task.

Current behaviour

Event does not become task. Upon reopening this event, "Task event" box is not ticked.

JavaScript console output

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I see no new entries in the JS console output when I recreate the bug.

Steps to reproduce

Create a recurring event Tick "Task Event" box Save event View calendar / reopen event

This is a local calendar, full note.

I can confirm i got the same problem On Debian 12 (Flatpak)

Edit: Still having this issue after switching my OS to Linux Mint. It is April 24, 2024.
