Catalogue Discontinued themes #387

This is similar to #349 but for Themes.

I'm thinking the steps would be:

Create a new theme category Discontinued Themes.md in 02 - Community Expansions/02.02 Themes by Category/
Review Discontinued Plugins.md and make it similar to that
Add links to any discontinued plugins

Themes that I know have been removed:

Illusion (see https://github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-releases/pull/873)
Palatinate

Reviewing the history of https://github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-releases/blob/master/community-css-themes.json will likely show more...

RuslanGagushin/Tokyo-Night-Obsidian-Theme doesn't exist anymore.
