Sinistar voice #1

Sounds like Sinistars voice is pitched kinda high. Not sure if it’s fast of just pitched up. Plays great though! Especially since the Pocket doesn’t have that crazy 49-way joystick the arcade one has! Great job and thanks!

Looking at the MiSTer Robotron core's github issue tracker, it looks like that also has the same issue (https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Arcade-Robotron_MiSTer/issues). I'll keep this open to track -- and I'll update the core if it ever gets fixed upstream.
