✨ Teams Section Update #710

This PR is to facilitate a creation of a Teams section, which will utilize embeds and new information to create a one-stop shop for commercial-oriented questions.

This PR will touch many aspects of the documentation outside of Teams, as it gets reviewed for clarification.

This is currently in draft, and I absolutely need to work more on the Sync Page and get the Publish page filled.

Additionally, I need to pull more common questions from the support box to fill out items.

I am open to any suggestions, and would appreciate any feedback. I expect this PR to be fully done and ready for merge by 2024-04-05.

I think this is as good as I can get it on a first pass for myself.

Some parts, like the Sync and Publish pages are more barebones- its mainly just scaffolding for later, and to add more FAQ items to as I go.

Open to any suggestions and alterations.
