In addition to manual Profile change, I also see this behavior when a Lua script calls obs_frontend_set_current_profile to change profile. (We have a script that sets profile based on day of the week in order to use a different YouTube key for each day)

I can't see why the "YouTube Live Control Panel" dock should EVER be opened if the current profile is using a YouTube key: avoiding log-in is why some of us USE keys.
