This issue does not occur with the OBS 30.1 version. It seems to be happening with the latest version of OBS.
I too had a similar error.
After deleting "obs-websocket.dll", it started. However, the websocket function is no longer available. I hope this helps you solve the problem.
I too had a similar error.
This crash is unrelated, and is likely caused by https://github.com/obsproject/obs-websocket/issues/1244

Expected Behavior
I just expected it to run normally in normal mode
Current Behavior
Generally, when running in normal mode, it does not run without any messages or reactions. At this time, a crash actually occurs and a crash log is created. And when I try to run it again, OBS got into trouble in the previous session and I get a message asking if I want to run it in safe mode. It runs normally when running in safe mode. I have reinstalled OBS several times to fix this issue. (I even deleted all the user settings.) As for the OS, I don't think this is a problem because it's a newly installed OS. All drivers have been updated to the latest. There have been a number of similar cases in the OBS forum, but the solution presented there, the Intel IGPU driver, did not apply to me.
