Steps to Reproduce

I have no idea. I just started OBS up one day and it looks like this.

Anything else we should know?

The previous day it worked fine. Didn't break between OBS updates, no hardware changes to my system, no Windows updates caused this, etc, etc..

This is typically caused by third-party display drivers, such as ones that ship with mobile device emulators, screen sharing applications, drawing tablets, etc. https://obsproject.com/kb/known-conflicts

This sounds more likely to be a support request rather than a bug report, and we are not currently accepting support requests on GitHub Issues. Please use our forums or Discord for assistance.

Thank you!

I have the official NVIDIA drivers, and they are up to date. This issue only came about when I launched Borderlands 2 for the first time. No idea why this caused this issue, other than it might be a scaling issue because I have a 4K display and Windows was in the middle of rearranging everything on my display when I noticed the white-ness of OBS. OBS has been totally useless since this happened. I've downgraded 2 versions, and downgraded 1 version from current, and still no change.

I've checked your provided link, and I've either followed all of the steps, or determined I have none of it installed to conflict with. This is a bug with OBS, please reopen my issue.
