After upgrading to the latest up-to-date version, the overloaded encoder started having problems.
previously:
I used an open browser with 5-7 tabs, high streaming settings, 2 1080p 60fps monitors - no problems were observed.
Currently, when opening 2 or more tabs, the encoder is overloaded.
