Expected Behavior

Subtitles should render at the bottom center of the video frame.

Current Behavior

Subtitles appear on the top / top left corner.

Steps to Reproduce

Open OBS and add any video or audio source with dialog.
Activate automatic captioning via OBS (experimental) or external plugins like this.
Start streaming to Youtube.

Anything else we should know?

Pretty sure if OBS was CEA compliant, captions would show as they should. OBS currently has a CC counting and padding issue.
