The file after the above problem will exist and the content is intact I found that this problem is caused by the amd graphics card driver. This problem occurs in versions 21.9.2~21.8.1, but version 21.6.1 does not have this problem. This problem seems to happen randomly, such as frequent recording starts and stops, live broadcasts will also happen.

1 year ago Please retest with OBS Studio 28.1.2 (or newer) and current stable AMD drivers.

Can record multiple times normally
Current Behavior
After recording for a period of time, you cannot record again. At the same time, I see in the statistics that the recording has been going on, even though I have stopped the recording.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Just use hotkey record for a while 2.hotkey stop record 3.and cant record again 4.Statistics show that it is still recording
