Expected Behavior

The windows should move smoothly, but when using Window capture the app windows lag when moving them. Does not occur when using Display Capture or Application Capture

Current Behavior

The app screens lags and jumps around when moving

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open OBS and choose MacOS Screen Capture
  2. Select window capture and test to move the windows
  3. Try with other methods

Just tested on 29.0.2 Mac ARM stable version. Same behavior

Please report this to Apple via Feedback Assistant. I doubt there is anything wrong on our side here, this seems like an issue with the ScreenCaptureKit Framework.
