Add simple bookmarklet, which allows the user to save the current site as new bookmark.

[x] Show modal or else to save link
[x] Title should be automatically scraped from site
[x] Use highlighted text as description
Allow usage of tags -> Postponed see #14
[x] Save link
Check for duplicate and inform user if necessary -> Postponed see #15
