Add custom parsing rules #6

Generating furigana overwrites manually modified brackets, for example if I have the kanji 民[たみ] pressing the button to generate the furigana will override my text with 民[みん].

It would be cool if we had the possibility to define custom readings in an external CSV file or something like that.

That seems doable, I could do a kanji exception list. I'll try to give it a try if I have some time.
