Theme Customization #174

Will I run into any problems if I start customizing based off of my own theme? I'm thinking the main thing will be the JS UI-Kit file. Did you guys base any ui-kit css classes in that file that I don't know about?

I would like to use my own theme I have been developing, but are the core files I will need in the plugin and not the demo theme? In other words, will I be able to develop my parent theme and base it around the demo theme you guys have without having to manage dependencies?

Or would an even better way to be just to over-write the demo theme files in a child theme I develop?

Hi, we don't suggest you use our demo theme based on UI Kit because it is outdated and unsupported at the moment.
