Now it is convenient to filter the product by category in the Backend.
But I noticed that it is not convenient to work with a large catalog. You must be able to exclude categories.
It sounds strange, but the product can have many categories and often requires a more accurate selection of the product.
For example, we have the following category structure:
Clothing (root category)
Gender (root category)
The product has the following categories: T-shirt For men
For example, there is a task to show all men's t-shirts. But the site has products-jackets for men and t-shirts for women.
It turns out that it is impossible to get t-shirts for men by selecting one category.
Therefore, you need to be able to exclude categories.
This way I can choose a t-shirt category and exclude a category for women.
That's all, thank you
It makes sense, IMO. @kharanenka, how do you feel about that?
This improvement makes sense, but this is not default functionality of OctoberCMS backend.
