Cannot get Filters Plugin to Actually Filter products. Demo anywhere? #400

I have my website with the products loaded up and displaying. I used the Filters for Shopaholic plugin to display the filter on the sidebar, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the filter to actually filter the products. Is there a demo for filters anywhere I can reference?
